Dear 8th Grade Parents,
We will sponsor another DC fund raiser beginning on Wednesday, January 4, 2017.
Students will receive order forms at lunch on January 4, 2017. Click here for order form.
There is a custom bulldog tumbler which is not pictured. Order the bulldog tumbler on the “custom” column on the order sheet.
Orders and money are due to the main office by Wednesday, January 18, 2017.
Students will earn $8.00 profit for each thermal tumbler mug sold, which will be applied to their DC trip balance. Checks need to be made payable to OFMS.
The DC final payment must be made by Friday, February 3, 2017.
The final parent and student DC meeting will be at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, February 1, 2017. One parent and the student needs to attend this meeting.
Parents who are selected as chaperones will be notified by Monday, January 30, 2017.
