Chef Jason Roberts at OFMS!

We will have a special guest speaker at our joint Builders Club, Student Council, and Helping Hands meeting on Tuesday, November 10.

The meeting will begin at 7:30 AM and will be held in the Media Center.

We are pleased to announce that Chef Jason Roberts will be at OFMS to talk with students about supporting the work of No Kid Hungry. Born in New Zealand and raised in Australia, Jason Roberts grew up in a family of food professionals and was hugely inspired by his grandmother. He started working in restaurants at a young age and soon caught the attention of Australia’s News channel Nine, becoming the host of the show “Fresh”. He then began to make his mark in America appearing on several morning shows before becoming the host of the award winning show “Taste” on PAX TV. Jason has continued to inspire healthy eating, cooking and exercise, appearing as a correspondent on “The Chew” and has been a regular guest on “The Rachel Ray Show.” When he isn’t busy making TV appearances, Jason is traveling the globe spreading his talent at top food shows and culinary events, including hosting Cleveland’s Fabulous Food show since its inception 10 years ago. Jason has created three cookbooks, Graze, Elements and his current Good Food Fast. Sharing his time between Sydney, Australia and New York, Roberts’ advocacy for healthy living continues to make a difference. He is a partner with Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry campaign as a spokesman and advocate to end childhood hunger.
