Boys basketball tryouts will take place on November 12, 17, & 19, 2015
8th grade tryouts will be from 3:45- 5:15 PM & 7th grade will be from 5:15-6:45 PM on 11/12 & 11/19.
7th grade tryouts will be from 3:45- 5:15 PM & 8th grade tryouts will be from 5:15-6:45 PM on 11/17.
BEFORE TRYOUTS: You must have turned in the following
- Athletic Participation Checklist- completed and signed by both the athlete and a parent/guardian.
- Physical Exam Card- filled out, signed by the physician, and on file in the school office. Exams are “good” for 1 year from the date of the exam.
- Concussion Form- filled out, signed by parent and athlete.
You should bring these forms to the tryout or you will be unable to participate

Team selections will be announced on Thursday, November 19, after the last tryout.
Please wear a shirt with your LAST NAME on the back to tryouts.
First Practice dates will be given when selections are announced on November 19, 2015.
