Dear Parents of 7th Grade Students,
Please click on the link below to grant permission for your 7th grade child to attend a performance of A Secret Garden at Playhouse Square Center on Wednesday, October 7.

If you would prefer not to use the Google permission form, please have your child return the attached permission letter to his/her homeroom teacher.

If your child would like a boxed lunch upon their return, please compete the attached form and have him/her return to the Cafeteria staff by Tuesday, October 6. Otherwise, the students need to bring a packed lunch as the Cafeteria will only be serving light snacks and beverages upon their return to school at 1:15 PM on the day of the field trip.
