8th Grade Washington DC Fund Raiser Begins On September 24, 2015

Our 8th grade Washington DC fund raiser begins today, Thursday, September 24, and ends on Tuesday, October 13, 2015.

The students were given a fund raiser packet today before they left school.

Every item sold will earn your child $5.00 towards their Washington DC trip. The cost of the trip for this year will be $475.00. We will account for the credit on our internal tracking database.

Items may be picked up from 4:00-6:00 PM on Monday, November 16, in the OFMS Cafetorium.

A deposit of $50.00 is due to reserve a spot on this year’s trip by Friday, October 9. Deposits will be collected during 8th grade lunch from Monday, October 5 through Friday, October 9. Please make checks payable to Olmsted Falls Middle School. Credit card payments may be made at https://www.spsezpay.com/Olmsted/ezpay/Login.aspx

Our first parent meeting will be held from 7:00-7:45 PM on Wednesday, October 7, in the OFMS Cafetorium. Information about the trip will be presented and a tour company representative will be in attendance for any questions that parents may have. We will collect deposits at the parent meeting. We will take the names of potential parent chaperones at the meeting, as well. Parents who are selected to chaperone the trip will be notified by February 1, 2016. There is a required chaperone meeting from 7:00-8:00 PM, on Wednesday, March 30, 2016.
