Dear Parents:
In conjunction with our physical education program, the sixth graders will have the opportunity to go bowling at Buckeye Lanes in North Olmsted. The cost for this trip is $7.00, which includes bowling for 1-½ hours and shoes. If you have paid your child’s school fees for this year, the cost of this field trip has been included in the school fee payment. If you have not paid your child’s school fees, you must send in $7.00, or pay your entire school fee amount of $90.00. Please make checks payable to: OFMS. Fees may be charged to a credit card and authorization forms are available in the main office. Fees may also be paid online at www.spsezpayolmstedfalls.com.
Payment and permission slips are due by Friday, March 20.
The students will depart OFMS at 8:45 AM and will return by 11:00 AM. Students who have A Day PE will go bowling on Tuesday, March 24, and students that have B Day PE will go bowling on Wednesday, March 25.
Students are not to bring any money to the bowling alley. They will not be permitted to purchase food.
