We are a group of teachers, counselors, and administrators at Olmsted Falls Middle School who are a part of our district PBIS team (Positive Behaviors Interventions and Supports). Our school has adopted this school wide initiative to improve school climate for all students. Through PBIS, we are able to limit disruptions to the learning environment, increase student achievement and reward those students who are demonstrating with pride the “Bulldog Way”.
The students in our school took a survey on what rewards they would love to earn. Many rewards include gift cards to local community businesses. We would truly appreciate any donations that we receive which would go towards purchasing these gift cards for our students.
