Important information about the upcoming 8th grade trip to Washington DC is outlined below and all required forms are attached, as well.

The parent chaperone selection and notification deadline has been moved from Friday, January 30, to Tuesday, February 3. We are sorry for the delay as we are still trying to balance numbers and confirm number of students attending the trip.

The students took home the attached required forms on Tuesday, January 27.

There is a required parent and student meeting this upcoming Wednesday, February 4, from 7:00-8:00 PM in the OFMS Cafetorium.

All forms are due at this meeting.

Final payments are due by Friday, February 6, 2015.

Final payments are being collected during 8th grade lunch all next week.

Final payments may be made at the meeting on Wednesday evening.

Students will be able to bring their cell phones on the trip, and they will be able to keep them at night. However, a cell phone use policy agreement form needs to be returned by each student to indicate whether they are bringing their cell phone or not.
