Dear OFMS Parents/Guardians:
This is to advise you that a case of viral meningitis has been reported in our school. We have been assured that no danger exists to the school population. The purpose of this letter is only to inform you that such a disease is present. However, should your child experience the sudden onset of fever with an intense headache and accompanied by some irritability or sluggishness within the next week, please notify your helath care provider.
