Girls’ basketball tryouts will begin Monday, October 13, 2014.
The tryouts will take place in the OFIS (7th Grade) and OFMS (8th Grade) gyms. Please be picked up at the west side entrance of the middle school.
The following eligibility requirements must be turned in BEFORE TRYOUTS:
1. Athletic Participation Checklist- completed and signed by both the athlete
and a parent/guardian.
2. Physical Exam and Concussion form- filled out, signed, and on file in the school office. Physicals are “good” for 1 year from the date of the exam.
The checklist and physical MUST be completed and turned in to Coach
Fulton’s classroom (Room 02, end of back hallway) or the main office BEFORE the student is allowed to step on the court for tryouts!

October 14: 3:45-5:30 PM
October 15: 3:45-5:30 PM
October 16: 3:45-5:00 PM
8th Grade Tryouts – OFMS Gym
October 13: 3:45-5:30 PM
October 14: 5:30-7:15 PM
October 15: 5:30-7:15 PM
October 16: 3:45-5:00 PM
*Team selections will be announced on Thursday, October 16, after the last tryout.
