You will be required to check in at the front office and get your sticker from the office. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Directed Funding:
BFHE Community – Based on collaborative feedback, and in partnership with the school and district leadership team, a directed funding fundraiser has been set up to help support PTCO support additional security items the school can benefit from that also fall within the realm of regulations that PTCO is governed by. All funding raised will be utilized during the 24-25 school year. Examples of things that can be supported with this funding are, but not limited to: additional TA support, cones, safety vests etc. Funds raised will go directly toward supporting this goal. Based on the amount of funding raised a collaborative discussion will be had with district, school and PTCO leadership on how best utilize the funds within this umbrella.

The end of the school year is quickly approaching!
Your student has one or more medications in the school clinic. Please plan to pick up these medications no later than 11am on Friday May 24, 2024.
Colorado Board of Health guidelines prohibit schools from storing medication over the summer when school is not in session. All medications not claimed by the time specified above will be disposed of per Colorado Board of Health guidelines.
If your student will be attending the extended childcare program this summer, we can not transfer their medications to the ECS Director for summer needs. You will need to pick up their medications and arrange with the ECS Director for drop-off. If your student will be attending the summer program, please complete this survey by Friday May 10th.
We know you want to plan ahead. The medication forms for next school year are available on the Cherry Creek School District website, under the Health Services Department. https://www.cherrycreekschools.org/Page/1743
