~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ News from the School Nurse
If you have any questions or concerns related to your students health needs, about vaccine requirements, about school injuries etc please contact the school nurse directly.
The end of the school year is quickly approaching!
Your student has one or more medications in the school clinic. Please plan to pick up these medications no later than 11am on Friday May 24, 2024.
Colorado Board of Health guidelines prohibit schools from storing medication over the summer when school is not in session. All medications not claimed by the time specified above will be disposed of per Colorado Board of Health guidelines.
If your student will be attending the extended childcare program this summer, we can not transfer their medications to the ECS Director for summer needs. You will need to pick up their medications and arrange with the ECS Director for drop-off. If your student will be attending the summer program, please complete this survey by Friday May 10th.
We know you want to plan ahead. The medication forms for next school year are available on the Cherry Creek School District website, under the Health Services Department. https://www.cherrycreekschools.org/Page/1743
